Khabib Nurmagomedov offers Tony Ferguson $200,000 to combat him far in 2017, a couple of high-profile UFC fighters appear to be taking it into their own hands — and mouths — to try to generate some blockbuster matchups happen even when the organization has to approve them. Nothing has been formally planned out beyond March of the past year, with new possession staying quiet about plans for title fights and other blockbuster bouts up to now. But on Monday, No. 1 lightweight rival Khabib Nurmagomedov (24-0) took to Twitter to let No. 2 rival Tony Ferguson (22-3) know he is willing to put up $200,000 of his own money to create a fight between them occur since the UFC has not done it to them…Ferguson had previously demanded equal pay to carry on Nurmagomedov despite signing a new deal with the UFC that allegedly prevents that from making exactly the same. UFC president Dana White said the fight would not happen for this reason though the public is demanding it. The proposed bout would be for its interim lightweight title with all current champion Conor McGregor (21-3) from action for another 10 weeks to focus on the birth of his kid. Tyron Woodley and michael Bisping concur to 180-pound catchweight bout? Yes, current UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping (30-7) and welterweight champ Tyron Woodley (16-3-1) also were seen verbally agreeing to a superfight of varieties in a catchweight of 180 pounds backstage during UFC 207 last Friday at Las Vegas. Both fighters are coming off name defenses in the end of 2016 and right now do not have new opponents. Bisping posted the video under on his Instagram account to show the world that he means business. There is a current opening for a main event at UFC Fight Night 108 in the O2 Arena in London on March 18th, with Bisping hinting at the as a possible date.
